Nutraceuticals is the combination of “nutrition” and “pharmaceutical“. It is a food or part of food that provides health benefits, including the prevention and treatment of disease. Disorderly the lifestyle of humans due to mechanistic life, track life style, longer work schedules and psychological stress are the reasons for diabetes, obesity, cancer, cardiovascular diseases and physiological disorders. New technologies such as Internet, virtual communication networks leads to threatens the physical and mental health. To support immune system, one can eat immunity supporting foods. Aims and Objectives:This study aims to analyze the gender influence on occlusal Characterstics of 4-6 year-old children of Chennai, India- A cross-sectional study.Materials and Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted among 300 children to assess the gender difference. The children were selected from the area of Ramapuram local schools namely Vivekananda and vidhyashram government school. The questionnaire consisting of a mother's background offered three choices of place-town, semi-urban and rural areas. Mother’s influence regarding knowledge of health was determined by using questionnaires including at what age mother should start health education. In order to access the tooth brushing frequency, the children were grouped under two categories-daily brushing children and occasionally brushing children. The child sugar consumption and intake of fluoride tablets also formed a part of the questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using chi-square test. Results: Habit of tooth brushing was more regular in girls when compared to boys. The most important factors in this research were the mother's socioeconomic background including age, basic education, occupation and attitude towards health education influence the children tooth brushing frequency with oral cleanliness. 76.53% of irregular brushing children and 87.34% of regular brushing children agreed that the brushing of teeth is necessary whereas 23.47% of irregularly brushing children and 12.66% of regularly brushing children have disagreed. There was a statistically significant difference was found in the tooth brushing habits and oral hygiene among regularly and irregularly brushing children was 0.0001 and <0.0009. The fluorideconsumption of regularly and irregularly brushing children was statistically significant (P <0.00012).Conclusion: Dental health educators should encourage mothers of young children to develop a positive attitude towards tooth brushing and teach them the correct technique. Thus the study done was an effective one that showed the rate difference and awareness status among the various mothers belonging to different areas.

This study conducted in plant protection department. Faculty of Agriculture and Botany Department, Faculty of Art and Science in Al. Gubba. Omar Al-Moktar University during season 2019-2020. The effects of relative humidity (RH) and temperature on conidial Germenation of E.cichoracearum were studied in controlled environments to define conditions that affect disease development of cucumbers in Al. Gabel Al-Akhder region. Angles of RH (20-90%) at consistent temperatures (20-30°C) were created in single development chambers to decide their impact on buildup advancement on develop cucumber plants, temperature from 5 to35 are evaluated their effect of Temperatures of 30°C and above were deleterious for spore germination, germ tube elongation, and disease development Lesion growth and rate of disease progress were significantly higher at 20°C than at 25°C. Low RH levels (20-40%) reduced spore germination and lesion growth, accelerated host tissue death and reduced disease progress. Intermediate RH levels (50-70%) increased spore germination and optimized disease development, provided temperatures were maintained within favorable limits. Tall RH levels (80-90%) were favorable for spore germination but proceeded introduction to these conditions driven to a restricted injury development and malady advance. Brief every day periods (two or three day by day exposures of at slightest 2 h) of tall temperatures (35°C) smothered illness improvement by 70-92%.
Shea cake (Vitellaria paradoxa) as supplement in lactating ruminant diets was investigated. Shea cake was collected at four shea butter factories at four locations in the derived savannah area of Oyo State, Nigeria, to represent 4 treatments; TI, T2, T3 and T4, respectively. Samples were air dried. Dried samples were milled and bottled for laboratory analysis for chemical composition, mineral analysis (Calcium - Ca, Magnesium - Mg, Sodium - Na, Potassium - K, Iron - Fe, Zinc - Zn and Copper - Cu), amino acids (Threonine, Isoleucine, Leucine, Lysine), Fatty acids (Stearic, Oleic, Linoleic, Palmitic) and Anti-nutritional factors (Tannin, Phytate and Oxalate), using standard laboratory procedures. The results were significantly different (P<0.05). The crude protein values ranged from 8.00% (T2) to 9.75% (T3). There was no significant difference (P>0.05) between T1 and T2 for crude fibre. Ash values ranged from 4.30% (T4) to 5.05% (T3). Mineral composition were significantly different (P<0.05). T3 (mg/100g) recorded highest values of 127.15, 98.30, 14.00, 86.00, 4.15, 3.25, and 0.85, for Ca, Mg, Na, K, Fe, Zn and Cu, respectively. Amino acid was significantly different (P<0.05). Threonine (g/100g protein) varied from 0.55 (T4) to 0.90 (T1 and T3), Isoleucine (g/100g protein) varied from 1.15 (T4) to 2.05(T3). Leucine differed significantly (P<0.05) as T3 had highest value (1.85g/100g protein). Lysine showed no significant different (P>0.05) for TI and T2 as well as T3 and T4. There was significant difference (P<0.05) in fatty acids investigated, except Oleic acid (P>0.05). Stearic acid values ranged from 44.75mg/100g dm (T4) to 47.20mg/100g dm (T1), Linoleic and palmitic acids recorded higher values of 7.00mg/100g dm (T3) and 4.25mg/100g dm (T4), respectively. Tannin values were not significantly (P>0.05). Phytate (mg/100g/DM) differed significantly (P<0.05), between T1, T2 and T3, T4 with values range of 0.88(T2) to 1.00 (T3). Oxalate (mg/100g/DM) was not significantly different (P>0.05) among T1, T2 and T4. This study therefore presents shea cake as good supplement in in the diet of ruminants, especially, lactating does.

Dimethoate (DM) induced pronounced hazardous effects in several physio-metabolic functions including haematological and minirels. The aim of this study was to observe the effect of DM on hematological and some minerals in adult male rabbits. The effects of DM was significantly (P<0.05) decrease RBC, Hb, PCV, PLT MCV, MCH and MCHC, while increase WBC compared with control group during the 12-week. Treatment with (DM) caused significant (P<0.05) decrease level of (P) and increase level of (Ca) compared with control group.
